My Rolex Submariner Ref: 126610LN arrived today, Fedex. US to Australia in less than a week, including customs. The watch is virtually, and in every respect, brand new. No marks, no desk dive scuffs. Simply perfection. Everything about the experience, from price to delivery is beyond expectation. The service and support are friendly, informative with human kindness underlying the entire process. Which, to anyone who knows the pre-owned luxury watch business anywhere, is remarkable. Honestly, it was like the Apple Store for high end watches and I could not be happier. I was really pleased with my experience at Bob's. I had purchased a watch from you before (an Air King that I still very much value) but this purchase was different. This was a big purchase - my first Sub. I did my homework and came in with model numbers that I wanted to see. McKenzie was a fantastic sales rep. She took me through the options and the various features and at the end I purchased a 2020 model. I can't be more pleased with it. All throughout the process I felt no pressure, I was fully informed of the various options and felt like Bob's was more interested in making sure I was happy than of selling me a watch. I totally recommend it.

Watch arrived in perfect condition. From Rolex box to watch band to mechanics. I was nervous b/c I had never seen the watch but it was absolutely what I wanted and my finace was thrilled.
