The gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona ref. 116518 made its official debut during Basel World 2017. At the time of its release, it received some pretty mixed reviews because it came with Rolex's sportier black Oysterflex bracelet instead of matching metal, a first for the Daytona collection. We appreciate the watch's sportier aesthetic instead of featuring a gold Oyster bracelet. Reference 116518 also sports Rolex's Cerachrom ceramic Tachymeter bezel, a popular feature in the Rolex catalog. The champagne dial is adorned with black chronograph registers a black-trimmed Chromalight hour markers. A truly remarkable take on the beloved Daytona.
